All of the resident's tasks, in one app.
Residents see their balance on their phone, pay and download their receipt. They report a fault with a photo and the reply comes to their phone. Every record they see in the app is the same as the record in the management's panel.
- Android app
- Web portal
- Yona voice support
Three steps for the resident.
Nobody needs technical knowledge to install the app. A resident who gets stuck asks Yona, the AI robot, or the management.
From balance to requests, the resident's tasks on six screens.
The steps advance in order; pressing a step stops on that screen.
Balance, payments and receipts; all on the phone.
Residents see their current balance and due date. Charges, payments and late payment interest are on separate lines. Pressing an underlined word opens its meaning.
Report a fault with a photo, get the reply on your phone.
Residents send their fault or request with a photo. The request lands on the management's list at the same moment. As the management writes a reply or changes the status, a notification goes to the resident.
- New request or fault: subject, description and photo.
- Status: current and completed requests kept separate; each request's message thread opens.
- Notifications: instant notifications for announcements, request updates, request replies and visitors or parcels arriving at the gate.
Documents, surveys and fines; all in the same place.
The documents the management shares, the surveys it opens and the fines it issues stay on the resident's own screen. Common area bookings, expected visitor notices, event registration and meter readings are also in the app.
Ask about what you're stuck on, find the screen.
Yona is the app's AI robot; it answers usage questions. Residents ask by typing or speaking; Yona explains where in the app the task is done, has the relevant screen opened and, if needed, prepares a draft request. The resident sends the draft themselves.
- Clear limits: Yona does not give information about another resident or the property's cash; it does not act on the resident's behalf.
- Example questions: “How do I pay my dues?”, “How do I open a fault request?”
- Language: conversations are in Turkish.
Fifteen languages, the resident's own account.
A resident registered in more than one property switches with “Select a different property”. An account deletion request is sent from the app; once the management approves, the login details are deleted and the financial records that must be kept are preserved.
The twelve screens of the app.
Screens are from the app itself, with demo data. Tap a screen to enlarge it.
Residents who don't download the app log in from a computer or tablet.
The same account also logs in to the web portal. Balance, statement, payments, requests, announcements, documents, bookings and surveys are in the portal too. The clearance certificate is downloaded as a PDF from the portal.
About the resident app.
The answers describe the app as it is today.
How do residents log in to the app?
The management adds the resident to the system and enables their access. The resident activates their account with their email address or phone number; they enter the six-digit code they receive and set their password. The code is valid for five minutes.
Where are card details kept?
Card payment is made on the secure page of the bank or payment institution the property has an agreement with. Card details are not stored in Yapıyön. Once the payment is complete, a collection record with a receipt is created.
Can a tenant and a unit owner both see the same unit?
Both can log in with their own account. A charge appears on the screen of the person it was posted to. Requests and survey votes are per unit.
What does a resident with units in more than one property do?
They switch to the other property with “Select a different property” on the Settings screen; in each property, that property's record applies.
Can a resident see another unit's details?
No. Residents see only their own unit's balance, payments, requests and documents. Yona also gives no information about other residents or the property's cash.
Which languages is the app in?
The app interface offers fifteen languages. The text of announcements arrives in the language the management wrote it in; the app does not translate announcements, and notification titles are in Turkish. The web portal is in Turkish.
How is an account deleted?
The resident sends the account deletion request from the app. Once the management approves the request, the login details are deleted; payment and balance records that must be kept by law are preserved.
