Where we come from
A team that writes accounting software looked at property management.
For thirteen years we built and deployed ERP, MRP and CRM systems. Inventory and cost in factories, receivables and collection in distributors, customer tracking in sales teams — they all shared one truth: no report is right without a correct accounting entry behind it.
When we looked at residential management software, what we saw was that most of the accounting was an imitation of a ledger. Dues did not post vouchers, collections did not reconcile, the accountant fixed things by hand every month. We did not think something unacceptable in a business should be normal for a community.
That is why we wrote Yapıyon: real double-entry accounting, a separate database for every complex, and every module for one price. Today thousands of complexes and hundreds of thousands of residents across Turkey use the system, and we keep building it with the same discipline.

One product, every module
We never make you pick modules. A fifty-unit building and a thousand-unit complex use the same software with the same capabilities. Only the unit count sets the price.
A separate database for every complex
Your data never sits in the same table as another complex's. Separate database, separate domain, separate backup. When the board changes, the data is handed over intact.
Predictable pricing
The scope of your subscription and any separately charged services are stated clearly at the quotation and subscription stage.
Data stays in Turkey
