General Accounting
Most management software keeps an income-and-expense list. YapıYön is a full accounting system on a standard chart of accounts: every accrual, collection and expense produces its own journal entry. The trial balance you hand to your accountant comes straight out of the system.
The debit–credit balance is checked automatically every night and the manager is alerted if anything is off. When a payment is deleted the entry is reversed rather than erased — history stays intact.

Plate Recognition
Plate recognition cameras connect to YapıYön. When a vehicle reaches the gate the system knows which unit the plate belongs to, checks the blacklist and the guest time window, and returns the decision at once. The record reaches the guard screen in the same second.
The resident announces a guest from the app and the guest vehicle is recognised at the gate. The guard sets a time from the booth, and the screen turns red when it runs out.

The camera reads the pass, the decision comes from YapıYön, and the record reaches the management panel at the same moment.

YapıYön is not a closed box. It uses a driver architecture for collections, messaging, e-invoicing and access control — if your provider is not on the list, it can be added.
The resident pays by card in the app and the collection entry is written automatically.

Professional Management
Built for management companies. Each site has its own database, its own domain and its own accounting — the data never mixes. You see them all from one screen and never have to log out to switch sites.
Your staff see only the section they are authorised for. The guard signs in through their own portal and cannot reach accounting. Every action that changes a state is recorded with who did it and when.

Modules
The modules are connected. A meter reading becomes an invoice, the invoice becomes an accrual, the accrual becomes a journal entry — you never carry anything over by hand.
Blocks, units, land shares and floor areas. Owner, tenant and enforcement are kept apart; when a tenant leaves, the balance passes to the owner through a transfer entry.
Bulk accruals, late charges, allocation of common expenses, dues increase simulation. Card payment, transfer notice, receipt PDF.
