General Accounting
No separate accounting software.
Most site management software tracks dues and leaves accounting to an external accountant. YapıYön keeps double-entry accounting inside: every collection and expense becomes a journal entry at once, and the trial balance is always ready.

Plate Recognition
The system decides at the barrier.
The plate read by the camera is checked against the system: registered vehicles open the barrier, guests run on a timer, blacklisted vehicles are refused. The guard does not have to check a list.
