Residential management software holds residents' identities, balances and payment history. How we store it, who can see it and where we host it matters as much as the software itself.
A separate database per complex
Every complex runs in its own database. One complex's query cannot reach another's data; backup and deletion are per complex.
Separate domain
Each complex signs in from its own address. A resident cannot land in the wrong complex; a manager cannot write to the wrong one.
Role matrix
Security staff see only the access screen, the accountant only the financial modules. What each role can see and do is defined item by item.
Audit log
Who changed what, and when — every record is kept. If an amount changed, the old value and the person who changed it are visible.
Automatic nightly backup
Every database is backed up every night. Backups are kept apart from the production server.
Data stays in Turkey
Servers are hosted in Turkey; resident data does not leave the country.
Encrypted traffic
Panel, portal and mobile app run over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored irreversibly.
No card data stored
In online collection, card details never enter our system; they go straight to the payment provider.
KVKK
Data protection and responsibility
The community management is the data controller; Yapıyon is the processor. Privacy notice, consent records and deletion on resident request are built in. Our contracts are drafted to Turkish data-protection (KVKK) requirements.
