Live in three steps

The website waits ready inside your panel; you fill in the details and publish it.

Settings → Website

Open the Website tab under Settings in the panel. Your page is ready with your property name; view it with “View Site”.

Enter the details

Enter the logo, colour, header photo, introduction, common areas, rules and contact details; upload the gallery and documents.

Publish

Switch on “Website is live” and share the address with your residents. You connect your own domain from the same screen.

Common questions

Do I pay extra for the website?

No. The website is in every package; nothing is charged beyond your subscription. If you want to use your own domain, you buy the domain from a domain registrar yourself.

What will the website's address be?

Your site opens right away under your Yapıyön address. You enter your own domain (for example orneksite.com) under Settings → Website and save; then you point your domain's A record to the address shown in the panel. DNS propagation can take 1–24 hours; once complete, your request is approved and your site opens at that address.

Who updates the details?

You do. You change the texts, photos and documents from the panel whenever you like. You do nothing extra for announcements: the latest announcements you publish in the panel appear on the site automatically.

What can residents do on the website?

They see the announcements, rules, documents and contact details. With “Resident Login” they switch to their own screen, see their balance, make their payment and open a request. Card payment works with your property's virtual POS agreement.

Can I see it before publishing?

Yes. You open your page with the “View Site” button under Settings. Until you publish, a “not yet live” notice appears at the top of the page; sections you leave empty never appear on the site.
